I visited the eye Dr today. The over all experience was really good. The hospital is very neatly maintained. You have staffs near the entrance who check temprature and encourage you to use the hand sanitizers. They have a very good mechanism indeed and the patients are called in order. Its little time consuming, but its worth waiting. The Dr is very professional and experienced. Now to the short commings, 1) they dont have a proper parking space for cars 2) social distancing is not followed. There are very limited chairs and all the patients are made to sit next to each other with out any distance in between. 3) The consultation fees is 400 per head, I would not complain for the care that is taken but still for others to know I am updating the same here.

Hospital is neatly maintained, but absolutely nil car parking for the visitors. Staff are courteous and ready to help and there’s not much crowd too, so don’t have to wait too long to see a doctor. They do a detailed eye checkup before consulting the doctor and diagnosis done by the doctor is also very good here. Biggest minus is, they charge a consultation fee of 400 rupees, but they don’t hand over the diagnosis reports, so if you have to go to some other doctor due to some reason, you have to start from scratch!!

I profusely thank the doctor and her team from the bottom of my heart for making my mom see again.My 85 year old mother who was refusing surgery for several years finally got persuaded to undergo surgery. It was a no injection cataract surgery. Totally painless and fast. Her happiness knew no bounds when she first saw her grandson. All these years she was only hearing his voice. The team did a great job at an affordable cost also.

Thank you and Appreciate all the doctors support during this Covid situation. Things to improve - Timings. Our appointment time was 3:30 PM, till 5:10 we were just waiting. Though they ensure cleaning, masks but having aged ppl wait for this long could be avoided. Most of the patients come by appointment and still had to wait this long during this time could be avoided if proper schedule is followed.

My mother got operated recently here. . She wanted only Dr Kavitha Lakshmi because she operated on her right eye more than 12 years ago. No problem. No watering or redness so far. Such a simple and smiling Doctor. She is the same genuine person . No change. Good team Jeep up the good work.

I must thank Dr Kasi for everything. My 3 month old baby underwent hernia surgery and we were very scared before the surgery. The surgery went well and the doctor's dedication and expertise made the difference. Nursing staff took great care. My boy is doing very well. Good place .
