I wish I could give it No star. Considering COVID, I opted for a home collection, I was given a manual receipt with no Id or registration number and after my insistence the test name was put on the blood sample test tube. I was promised the reports would come by 5:30 pm that evening, I called and was informed they would be emailed at 7 pm. Nothing came. I messaged them again, they read my message, chose not to reply and switched off the phone way before the lab closes. Highly unprofessional flaky guys to say the least. All I can see is manipulated Google reviews. Their online chat help is even shady. It’s pathetic! Avoid this place at all costs

Very very poor service. The attending staff told they will give the report at 1830 hours. Collected a sum do rs. 2830/- for tests. Inspite of repeated requests did not give d report. When asked several times they forwarded d report through whatsapp the nextday Sunday at 1200 hours. The report was incomplete. On calling them back did not attend d phone call. Please please customers please do not go to this branch (besantnagar). Dr Lal's lab is a renowned lab. But at this rate and poor service Dr Lal's lab in Chennai will come to an end. Thanks for d dedicated staff.
