In case of any health issues, I look no further than this nursing home. This has been the case for our family for the past 2 decades. I refer this place for all of my friends and relatives. This nursing home is thorough in their diagnoses. Surgical interventions are executed only when absolutely necessary. For example, My 60-year old relative, suffered from a severe jaw & cheek pain for over a year, due to wrong diagnoses in other hospitals. Although he was in another city, I requested him to come here, following which, an operation was done to clear his sinuses. He lives pain-free to this day. In other cases, if all you need is 1 or 2 days of rest to recoup your health, the doctors here suggest exactly that. There is one important point anyone needs to note when coming here - you need to have immense patience. During out-patient hours - unless it is a dire emergency - you have to wait patiently to see the doctors. This is because, there is an average of about 100 patients waiting to see the doctors here everyday, and patients are met in a first-come, first-served basis. This is how the hospital has built its reputation, where people don't mind the wait, because they are assured of improving their health, that too, at affordable costs - that are far below the standard prices at other chennai based hospitals.

One of the most worst customer service I have seen. I had called this morning asking for an appointment with Dr. Regina..they told me that I will have to come there to get an appointment and they also informed me that Dr. Regina will start seeing patients by 5:30pm..owing to my previous experience where I had to wait really long , I decided to get there on time today. I was there at 5:20pm..there was no one at the reception..after some 25 mins the receptionist comes in very coolly stands at her table dresses up herself there..and then she tells us that the doctor will be available only at 7:30pm..honestly you guys have to give some respect to patients time too..I understand that your treatment is in demand and I have nothing against the doctor there..but the others who work there suck to the bloody core..worst customer service..ppl who value time definitely not recommended to go here!

I refer this place for all of my friends and relatives in case of any health issues . Surgical decisions are executed only when really necessary. At op hours you have to wait patiently for consultation coz of more than 100 patients are here for consultation every day , so once you enter for op register your name at reception . Prices are affordable compared to other hospitals in Chennai . Overall, A perfect hospital to sort nd cure all kinda health issues without any delay .
