No respect for patient time, condition, age. I came with my father aged 90 at 10:30 am and followed the procedure for registering until 12:50 pm we were not called. On inquiry we were told the receptionist was new and missed registering. Made request to accommodate owing to their mistake, but they would not consider. Patient visit doctor because they are undergoing some pain and making them wait increases the pain and stress. Are these doctors real worth. If an appointment is given, the hospital will have strictly follow. Any emergencies we can understand. The whole appointment system needs a revamp. Very poor management. Please respect patient conditions and value each person. Also, we were referred to vascular surgeon and the nurse/ receptionist was supposed to give the contact information. Again made us wait and finally we had to leave without the vascular doctor information. And surprisingly the doctor did not give us a report that we visited and what was the diagnosis. Most stupid method. They charged Rs. 750 and sent us without any reports. What a horrible system.

I have been referred by one of my known person about him and his service. Based on that recommendations I visited him from Bangladesh and got surprised. He is very passionate about his patients, I took with me a bundle of report, x-rays and other staffs. He listened to my problems with care and reviewed all my reports. Based on those report and my words he understood my problem and suggested me to take support at my feet because I don't have any arch there which is causing a flat feet and severe pain. I was really surprised because he was mentioning the exact location where I feel pain. I have visited Thiland and Apollo of Kolkata where none of their doctor have noticed this issue. Dr. Ravi also mentioned me that because of this flat feet I am getting back pain, there is no other issue. So suggested me to undergo some physiotherapy and learn exercises which will solve my problem. Thank you doctor, I hope it will be a great healing for me, though I can feel it from the day I visited you.

We got admitted on 12/8/2018 when my daughter had a fall from the steps. We rushed to soundarapandian for emergency care as we thought she had a fracture. We were received very professionally for a emergency case and she was rushed to the casualty area. Dr.Gowtham is a very good doctor and anesthetist, as he offered us moral support. Our surgeon was dR.Ravi subramanian who is the best orthopedic surgeon in chennai in my opinion. my daughter is not operated and recovering well. thank you to the whole team at Soundarapandian. we are so happy.
