AWB no. K28350574 where it is now? where is the package l even after 72 hours of posting. Tracking revealed it arrived Chennai yesterday. Calling your Chennai customer service picked by none. great going .

I have been using courier services of Professional courier,DTDC,Bluedart for the past 10yrs. Three times sent urgent letters through DTDC but all three times had worst service, delayed and unacceptable response,charge high by claiming it will reach next day but never happened and its worst customer service. I have noticed DTDC sending courier through trespassers whoever going towards destination the parcel, letter are passed by this courier company. DTDC not a courier company and refrain using this courier. Regards, Velmurugan

The place is very difficult to find. Its raining while i m trying to search the place and i was fully wet. After my long struggle i found this place and its open but the person gone outside. I waited nearly half an hour and still no sign of him. Then i left. This hapnd around 4 days ago and its morning 9.12

This is possibly the worst courier service I have ever used. They asked me if I want the courier to reach the recipient asap i.e. within 3 days max(since it was to a neighbouring state) and if that's so, I can choose the speed service they have which is called DTDC blue/green and they charged me unduly high charges for the same. And I was instructed to track the parcel using the consignment number they had provided. To my worst nightmare, the parcel never reached the recipient even after 4 days which is so totally disapproving of their service. I chose to call the courier office myself to check with what's happening to the parcel, but they just kept redirecting me to every other possible branch that's in that locality and nobody gave a proper response. Now here I'm sitting with fingers crossed wondering if the parcel will ever reach my friend. I had to choose 1 star in order to give this review. Had it not the case, I would have given them just nothing. Don't prefer this courier service anytime at least not for surprise gifts. It will be a total mess.
