The courier service is very poor and equally incompetent staff. My friend send me some documents and supposed to be delivered on the evening of the 5th may and tracking details was also showing the status out of delivery. I was so happy as I will be receiving my parcel on time. However in the evening, suddenly status changed and I could see the status as receiver rescheduled delivery. I was surprised to know without getting a call how and why should I rescheduled delivery as I was eagerly waiting for the parcel. Customer Service- Customer service is bad. I tried to reach customer care but it queued me for more than our hour and still could not connect and tried few more numbers from google but some are switched off and some did not even receive. Staff Courtesy - Finally, after one week they handed over the parcel and it was almost damaged from outside. They have no courtesy to inform customers that why it is delayed and when the package is coming . I asked with courier person when parcel arrived he has no clear answer to any of my questions like why I was not contacted on phone and why tracking details shows rescheduled delivery. I will not recommend this courier service to any one.
