The courier person did not try to deliver my courier. But the status in their website is updated as Not Delivered(CONSIGNMENT REDIRECTED). Stupid service. I'm in deep pain due to possible loss of my career and money. The courier contains important documents related to an in international exam. Without this courier i will not be able to attend to exams. @dtdc kindly do you job correctly. and stop updating fake status on your tracking site.

Very very worst service .....dtdc executives are not at all attending my call....irresponsible people.....dont prepare dtdc whilensending parcels

Very poor service. Even though the address is given clearly , it's mention in the status we called the customer and not available. I didn't receive any calls from them and simply they've reported like that. Even the building securities told that none from DTDC arrived that day. None of the service numbers are working. It's always swtcged off.

Office does not exist in this location NO ONE PICKING THE CALL IF PICK ALSO HE SAY I WILL CALL YOU BACK NO PROPER RESPONSE NO PROPER DELIVERY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PARCEL YET HE HAVEN'T CALL ME STILL UPDATED IN WEBSITE LIKE PERSON NOT AVAILABLE I WAS THERE AT HOME ON SAME DAY NO ONE CAME VERY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY WORST TOO MUCH HEADACHE
