26/3/21 Morning 4.30am to 7am more then in west tambaram power cut problems i call eb continuesly line busy line busy i so tired after then. 29/3/21 early morning power cut 2.00am to 4.30am again I call west tambaram eb office 2times he picked my call 3rd time eb office staff not response properly i really hate worste service. And also many times low voltage problem also where to complain this i don't also worste service.

This is the easiest place where you can pay money quickly when compared to other EB Office. This is large eb office compared to other offices in local region ,where this place holds a huge peoples accounts and it. Is supplying electricity for more than 500 households around this office.

Never go there with any complaint.... It's completely waste of time and energy....I went there with valid proof that they have made mistake in my eb reading....They immediately modified my eb data to match their mistake....
