Its been 4 days since the parcel reached my place. But it is yet to be delivered. The status in the website is "Out for delivery". The delivery person called and told me that it can only be delivered tomorrow. When I insisted him that I am available today and he can come and deliver the parcel today, he did not give proper response to it, but repeated that the parcel can be delivered only tomorrow around 11AM. When I checked the status in the website, it is updated as "Parcel not delivered due to unavailability" of the customer. I called the Customer Service and explained the situation, the person mentioned they would take this complaint and the parcel will be delivered only tomorrow. This all happened between 2PM and 2.30PM. They still have got time to deliver the product and it is feasible. As this has been stuck with them for more than 3 days, i insisted them to deliver it today as i can also receive it by 8PM. The person who attended my call mentioned, as per their "Terms and Conditions" they cannot deliver it today. I am really wondering what is their "Terms and Conditions"... is it to hold the parcel for more than 3 days and feed in wrong inputs in their records....

Very very worst experience with ecom express. Whenever we reach customer support, they will simply tell your product will be delivered today within 8 PM but no proper action to be taken for the process. Simply waste.

Vry worst... I ordered for a product almost one month back and still dint receive it... I paid already but the delivery side they are not calling me but I simply receive msgs that the delivery partner could not reach me... Waste of money
