Very very very poor customer service. I don’t really negative write reviews, but this needed to be said. The staff there don’t even let you open any packets there, they’re probably very lazy to fold them back, they had a rude attitude while we looking at the clothes, haven’t had an experience like this ever elsewhere. Everywhere else the staff are welcoming and are more than happy to show us their collection. Its the opposite there, never going back there, and I would recommend you not to. Such bad customer service, so much so i had to write a review on google.

They have nice and unique collection..price is moderate, some pieces are overpriced..they have good varieties but most of them wrapped and folded inside covers, u need to go and pick upcolours and designs on your own.. customer service is slow.but friendly.it LL be better if they showcased all their designs on hangers..easy to look at

People's attitude here is a major problem. They are so sweet mouthed while selling stuff and do all false promises. Products are expensive and on top of that u cannot complain about any alteration or fit. They will charge extra for alteration and yet you will feel like you could have got it altered much better elsewhere. They will never accept their mistake after u made a purchase.. so beware before u go to this place. I used to purchase from here quite often but I have decided to go to a place where the owners and staff are polite unlike them.

Staff has loads and loads and loads of attitude they think they are favouring the customer, no other shop in Chennai has such bad staff not even a street vendor, I could not tolerate them I just came back and will never go back , I desperately wanted to buy but did not wanted to spend in a place where you are treated so badly, I tried a dress and was taking a few steps to see the length of the dress in a minute the staff who was showing me the dress she was standing next to me but was asking other staff to tell me to change immediately, she could have told me directly , they are trying to overact I couldn’t understood wats all this drama, I got irritated , coz no professionalism at all but I stayed calm .shopping should be fun if you go here you are inviting trouble . Staff here are only fit to work in mega serials coz they are very good at facial expressions, one staff asked my mom to sit other one comes and rudely says move from here and sit .why do you want to be rude to people ??? We are not asking to treat us like kings but treat us like a human at least ,we come with so much joy to do shopping you just spoil the complete mood . Train your staff to be courteous who ever steps in to your store.there is no positivity . All your staff members have a big time attitude problem which means the management is also not worried to do any changes irrespective of so many comments about the staff. Over all experience after travelling 20kms to your store was pathetic.
