One of the worst ever interview. Some words were really bad here. At the written test, they told to finish the test quickly so that first come first serve will be considered. That written test question paper was a scrap. It had only eight questions like descriptive type. How would you judge a person Engineering skills like that? I applied for Design Engineer Mechanical post. Please change your recruitment method, try to prepare a good question paper by covering all the subjects and topics atleast the basic Engineering.

It was a great experience for me to work with EQUAD. I started my career with this firm, professionally and personally it helped me to achieve greater things in life. The methodology which we follow is one of the unique thing of EQUAD. Presently I am working with Honeywell and before that L&T and EQUAD has the Major role in achieving this greater heights.
