Very worst customer service. Absolute zero professionalism. No value for the appointment given. I called up on Thursday for an appointment for the same evening. The manager gave me appointment for Sunday morning saying that they have appointments on Thursday. They cannot take in walk in.seeing the positive reviews for dinesh, I decided to wait . So I agreed for the appointment and diligently confirmed on Saturday evening. As I went on now, I was told to wait as they had another customer. I waited for some time and then I was told it will take time and need to wait . Then what is the use of giving appointment? I was told no walk in on Thursday ... now.. dinesh says he had taken another client. Where is Toni and guy - essentuals heading to ? Short of customers ? Short of hair stylists? No Professionalism at all . Very sad to see the fall of professionalism. Very poor client response. The attitude they show towards the regular client is very unhealthy.
