Ordered prawn biriyani , Prawn not even cooked properly bad smell from prawn too . Contacted hotel and informed same they said like they checked with chef ,chef said he Cooked prawn for 15 minutes and it's Friday we got busy so they said sorry and they said today the delivery person went to native so they can't arrange for replacement they said like when u are visiting next time they will arrange for refund or same amount you can purchase from the resturant ,yesterday I went to resturant and they said I rated 1 for them in swiggy they are not ready to give my money back , because of the confirmation I got from resturant I didn't raise refund request same in swiggy . Learn some customer manners as well as give some good quality food also to customers that's is only two things I just want to share to management
