I felt service was not yet at all good. One of the worst service .Totally fraud please don't choose the fast track cab service. For one trip I used the fast track service the kms what he has shown is simply 25% higher than what it supposed to be. Either it is totally fraud or driver don't know the routes properly what ever it may be it is bad for me. I have given one star because there is no zero star. This review i am writing after comparing the similar trip with my neighbor trip. So please please DONT CHOOSE FAST TRACK. YOU CAN GO FOR SAVAARI THAT IS BETTER..

Booking ID APP22**932.Travelled between chennai central station to Ponneri at 20:00 PM with my mother. The driver was in lungi and was too abusive.He brought a different vehicle (TN10BB5125) whereas his fast track registerd number was TN18AR8534 and there was no headlight in this non registered vehicle. He stopped on road multiple in between to repair lights,to urinate,to split.Are we paying you fast track to tolerate.When questioned, he answers if you dont wish to travel ,just get down in a abusive.He was been yelling all the way to us though we quit. After all I have a lady with me and its night in a lonely raod, so I completed the travel without taking any actions.Now a days fast track drivers becoming more abusive. Recently Booking ID : APP22**932 ,driver argued me to pay 200 extra from bill amount which was refunded after complaint to FastTrack call center.Do customers need to raise for travel stuffs which they pay too ? Drivers must be taught to follow ethics and professional to customer

Today I have engaged fast track call taxi from Akbarabad First St end Kodambakkam to Srinivasa Pillai St to attend a marriage function . It is hardly less than /around 3kilometers but I have forced to pay Rs.265 against Rs.168/_ indicated to me at the time of booking FTP 2194286 . Even Air fare per person is cheaper compared to Fast track tariff. I have not aircondition facility since I have ordered for non AC car . Bitter experience with Fast track call taxi company.

I hired fast track call taxi on 5th sep from west mambalam to airport international departure at Chennai.The taxi was not bearing fast track sticker and the driver demanded inr 100 over the metered rate stating the cab had not affixed with fast track sticker.When I made a complaint after a dozen trials the person who attended the complaint denied my statement supporting the driver. I have been using the cab for more than a decade and that was a bitter experience and decided not to hire the same.New comers to Chennai be aware of the fraudulent activities of the drivers and call centre employees of the cab
