Very average taste. Low value for money had ordered red velvet for my son's B'day. very average cake. It costed me about 1426 ( cake , candle , card and delivery charges) \u003e Delivery slot selected was between 3 pm and 6 pm. It was delivered @ 5 pm. No complaints with delivery, \u003e the Sponge in the cake was very dry and rough to taste. The taste was very average \u003e wordings on the cake was on an edible paper which had a very odd and strong taste. \u003e Low value for money

Ordered eggless cake through online, but received egg cake. Found Egg shell while eating. Cherry fruit was not a original one. Something else was soaked in sugar syrup. Pineapple also soaked in old syrup. Got stomach pain after had this cake. This is a fraud company. Don't buy cakes here. Cake is not up to the mark. Your kids life will in question mark, if they will eat their cakes. Chennai has worst cake center. Local cake box. Card was most worst. Message was not fully printed.

If I could give negative stars, I would have rated u guys -10! Insensitive owner, more than 24 hours DELAY in delivery!! (Whats the point?!) . Even when confirmed on call! I mean, the delivery was SO HOPELESS that I only offered to pick the order BUT was denied because apparently the delivery boy chose not to deliver rather take the bouquet to his home and so I had to wait for another day even when the delivery had to happen at 11am of the previous day...wait WHAT?! LOL! Heard of the word professionalism ever?! VERY SAD SERVICE!!!!

Horrible services please don't order my whole birthday was spoiled and they don't even bother to respond to my complaints very bad and horrible services. If ur looking for a good cakes and gifts ferns and petals is not the right place

Since I don't have an option to give negative star I am forced to give you one star. Dear fern and petals if you want to save your brand name and not lose customers please give utmost focus on this branch and how they are handling orders. My friend had ordered a cake from this branch for my birthday and we had called up and ensured that the delivery has to not happen until 7pm. They agreed to it and then around 5.50pm my friend gets a call that the cake has come for delivery. What the hell was that. I don't care you come from Ashok nagar or where ever you want. Even we have work and we are paying for a service and for a service that involves celebration and joy. You come before time and what we have to do come running to get the cake from you people? And the attitude to ask us to come and collect it is worst. What kind of system do you people maintain if a customer calls don't you respect their request. How will you survive if this continues. I will never recommend such worst service to anyone. Thanks for ruining my birthday mood ferns and petals. You don't belong in a service industry.
