I gave a pair of old Gucci shoe for laundry and they delivered it back in a brand new condition. To be honest they have done a fantastic workmanship in service. Very poor service. Lack basic common sense. Gave a formal tan shoe for resoling. The resoling was done with a black safety shoe sole. I doubt they must be subcontracting the work to some cheap third party supplier

I was asked to share the pics of my old sneakers on WhatsApp and was informed that the soles would have to be stitched and not just stuck. The work was done and delivered promptly. Happy with the work and the option of collecting/ delivery at my home. Polite communication and considerate even as I struggled to make my first Google pay and ended up delaying payment by a day. My suggestion is that you should automate the system so that the customer gets a receipt message on the day of collection of the shoes and one more WhatsApp message on the day of delivery along with the invoice.

Had a pair of formal hush and mochi ,to be re-soled/refurbished. Work was done in a manner better than expected.took just about 3 days. Pickup and delivery was perfect.Communucation over whatsapp and over call was great. Had tried mending shoes with local cobblers and was dissatisfied either with their work or the products they used few years ago that I started throwing away my shoes for flimsy reasons and buying new. Flyingcobbler has got that faith restored. I didnt even see the reviews, before I opted for FC. However I see most of them are related to communication, please fill that gap and you guys are doing good . I did not face any communication problem although, it was perfect too just like the work.
