Wish there was a zero star rating. My wife was referred here for a scan here. Pathetic, money minded and extremely rude people. It’s a huge hassle to book an appointment. Prices are not standardised. Some doctors refer you this centre probably due to a cut in profits they receive but the service is appalling.Avoid it like a plague. There are several better scan centres

If it is possible, I'll give zero star to this centre. Such a worst experience. I will not refer this centre to anybody. There is no standard price for test. Apart form price and test, treating of client is very important. In this lab they treated us like they offered free service to us. They didn't allow my pregnant wife to sit inside the lab for 5 minutes after taking the test. They focus only on money not service based. Update on 28/01/2021. We are not thinking your premises like lodge or park. You only not accepting card for bill amount if card payment means you ask Rs.400 extra so that I went to withdraw cash and advised my pregnant wife to sit there buy you people are sent out her due to not giving that money. You don't worry we won't come again to your scan centre.Very worst scan centre.

Excellent Doctor and Good ambience The only reason I visit this hospital is because of Dr. Ezhilan . He is so caring and professional towards his work.. My experience was amazing. I felt that all the staff was very interested in my physical and mental comfort. Everything was well explained. I never was made to feel that caring for me was a burden.

I can see lot of negative reviews about this scan center but I would say my experience is totally different. Most of the reviews are very old. Right now this scan center is really doing a good job. In this COVID situation I am taking all my pregnancy scan over here and had great experience. Pros: *4D scan available *TV is fixed so you can directly see what your baby is doing. Even the big scan center in chennai doesn’t have TV and all. * Cost effective * Very Less waiting time * Friendly Doctor. * Good Infrastructure. Cons: There is no cons

On saturday 30 1 21... Before going to focus scans.. I just saw some negative comments in review page. Really I was worried to go here.. But what to do doctor referred to for best results.. But after my scan is over... I really worried on the reviews. Because the negative comments not a single matched.. I was really very happy for thier hospitality over me.. The staff and the doctor are really taking care of me and my father who came as attender with me. Focuscans thank you.. Very much

Such a worst experience. I took a 7th month scan for my wife and during the claim process i realised that one of the scan bill is missing. I went there with the report and requested for the Duplicate bill copy . The attitude of the Doctor is so bad and very rude. Even i explained them on the requirement , they were very rude and simply said they cannot provide. Guys!! I am asking for the duplicate bill for the scan i paid for. I was not asking something beyond your scope or some fake enteries. Dont be rude with the customers. Try to understand the customer and help them if possible. If you guys are showing this kind of attitude- "Remember customer have lots of options and you are just one of them " One good take away from focu scan velachery is - "Avoid this place and dont ever prefer these guys to any of the family and friends" Regards, Prasath ----------------------------- Good that atleast after the review i get a proper response that with the processing fee i can get the duplicate bill. Focu scan- Please instruct the team at front desk and the doctor to explain this customer. If the document is really required , customer could pay that and get it.
