I have been using FootPro insoles and footwear for the last two and half years. I am extremely happy and it has become a part and parcel of my life. I start the day using my walking shoes which is fitted with a FootPro insole. I must admit that after using this insole the quantum and speed of my morning walk has practically doubled. Had the worst experience. I came for the scan along with my two pairs of shoes. One is use for the gym and the other one is a boot. The scanned my feet, checked my shoes and said the insoles can be fit in these shoes easily. So the next week I come. I’m not able to put my feet inside the gym shoes. Next, the boots I have has the original insole glued to it. Not the removable type. So I told the person not to remove it. It ripped it out and there is a whole in my original insole of the boots. I got both my shoes from the US and they are quite expensive. They didn’t even have the courtesy to refund the advance I gave them, which was half the amount. Please stay away from this place
