Nice place to get your car serviced. Quality work and had a nice lounge with Wi-Fi connectivity. Had to wait for a couple of hours and get my car from service and didn't face any trouble. Courteous staff asked if needed coffee or tea every half hour. The service quality was also very good

It might be bit confusing at the first instance to find this service centre but please book an appointment before hand so that their representative will send you the location and guide to the service centre or you can opt for pickup and delivery option...as far as their services are concerned kudos to the entire FPL team they have an excellent way to pinpoint all the issues but only disappointment was that they were not well aware about the new features of my Next Gen Verna SX (O) but later they called their chief and rectified my problem. Cost effective and cheap labour... thanks FPL team..

After clearly informing them that we need to go on long tour and in spite if that they had earlier mentioned that clutch to be attended they did not even care to inform me on this and due their negligence Our car broke down in middle when it was taken for the first time after service. They also do not respond properly nor compensate for the loss we had incurred. They are useless.
