Place is sanitized with proper procedures being followed. Service advisor was good enough and explained me the charges patiently with timely updates along with acceptable reasons for delay. Only downside is ridiculous pricing of spare parts especially on the brand new creta costing almost twice than most of the othe car parts. 28% gst on the spare parts rubs salt to the wound. Not the service center fault but something to be considered by hyundai.

I have been servicing my elite i20 from 2015 had never faced any problem. They return on the car on time very genuine & best place for Hyundai cars to get serviced. Also James is a very nice service engineer he is very helpful always responds to the call even on Sundays.. Makes arrangement for any spare parts within few hours. Special thanks to Vignesh from Bodyworks team :-)
