They don't hear to customer requests. Purchased a 10/10 sized curtain for a living room partition last month. Despite of making so many requests to add lead weight, the owner accepted by stating a marginal increase in the price as 1000 to 1250. Now they have delivered the curtains with no weights and it is keep flying in amidst the living room which causes a huge inconvenience to everyone. Now the owner has replied stating "Good morning sir . It will cost somewhere around 1770 for basic lead weight. Or shall I get the pricing for heavy ?" He could have done this while taking tbe order or while it is being stitched. Please first listen to tbe customer requests and make sure you deliver per the satisfaction of the customer. Hugely disappointed!

Good collection of furnishings and decent display of Sleepwell mattresses. The owner of the establishment, an elderly gentleman explains patiently to all queries. There is sleep analysis machine too to suggest the type of mattress suitable to your body type. Unfortunately it wasn't working on the day of my visit. Need to review because even after 9 days 2 bed protectors have not yet been delivered even after full payment. A customer can't be visiting the shop daily. Also they are woefully understaffed. Went there twice for just ordering sofa upholstery.
