Good Apartment. We stayed there for rent. Little bit costly for that area. But it is near to Elcot and bus stop. The house will be good. With good parking area and good place to cycle around the building for kids. For water usage there is meter for ever flat separately, for drainage separate cost, for maintenence separate cost. But the flat would be neat and good. The security is good, he will not allow anyone inside apartment for safety measures.

Good apartments with reasonable rent/lease . All owners are so polite and generous . Located off road hence the surroundings ate so calm. Usually birds will come . So it's a great view you can get. Emerging apartments are around ,certainly there will be huge count of north Indian labour's. Great place for families.

Very good apartments.. Well constructed.. but far from main road.. you will not get tidings, food near by.. girls may face security problems here if you are coming by walk as this is far from main road..

Lake house and indeed we are staying inside the lake . Many birds can be watched . 5 floor building . Generator lift available.
