I had been to Chennai during one of my official visit. I had heard a lot bad about so was little reluctant to travel but on the contrary this place was good. The bad thing was its weather, it was very hot there. we went to Marina beach in evening. It was pleasantly good there. There were good options to eat. We stayed there till night and even the crowd was also good. The local transport of the city is very good and the city is well connected. The people of the city were not much warming but overall a good experience visiting this city.

Chennai is blessed with long stretch of beautiful number of beaches providing relief to buzzing city in scorching heat . I visited couple of beaches, Elliot's beach and beach in Mahabalipuram. Both these beaches were well maintained, especially I fell in love with Mahabalipuram beach such a beautiful beach landscaped with number trees and rocks and shore temple is marvelous piece of art setting in sea as a backdrop.
