Hi this is sundar From Kerala ,I have MacBook pro book before yesterday I have faced a problem.i used the laptop over a night .early morning it’s in dead condition,after I go for a nearest service center they checked my laptop and they told to change a motherboard. I don’t have more money to do this , so I asked my friend, he have a idea to go for professional laptop service @ Gbs , and checked my lap and they tell this is ic problem , once we change a ic your lap is ready . Within a 2 hour they give a solution. Thanks to GBS.

Very rude receptionist. Charges are very high. Receptionist is not even ready to negotiate on price. Compared to Amazon hardware parts they charge double. Earlier I used to get 5G internet automatically. After the visit I am not getting 5G and on inspection 5G adaptor is not there on my laptop. So not sure if the internal parts are also being removed. I advise to get serviced directly by Dell service person even if the visit costs a little extra. Be careful.
