Its practically next to impossible to reach them over phone. Mobile is switched off and landline numbers don't get picked up. I pity the owner of this firm or this is just some time pass business for him

We tried to book a truck for sending some materials to Tada Site. on 21st Oct. After finalysing the deal, we were waiting for the vehicle to come by 9am to our works. But the vehicle did not come. After repeated calls, the driver said he will come by 2pm. But at 1pm, he phoned and said that he will come upto Tamil nadu border only and after that, we have to take another vehicle. If he had told the same yesterday, we would have booked another vehicle and sent the materials. Utter waste of time and energy for our team. Bad experience.
Worst Service! Please never go with this transport. Vehicle came very late after making so many calls. Labor man count & price are not same as I spoke with the company. They charged me more with additional people. Company is not ready to take ownership for these issues, as they promised while booking.
