They will spoil your entire car. GoMechanic like agent service they will give your car any few garage near your location. All bills defined by GoMechanic with some margin amount. All offer mentioned in app are fake actually you wont get it or you will end paying huge amount to get that. when you visit directly to car service center you will get many options and suggestions. But GoMechanic go for OEM (really you dont know they changing the OEM spare, you wont get any bill copy for that) without second thought. they never listen what your question and clarification. No option to share your thought and feedback. this is kind of trap Please Beware!

Great experience with Go mechanic Chennai :-) Vehicle Pickup and drop with regular followups on Estimation cost on spare parts. Updates were given via Watsapp which was very easy for me to track when i'm not reachable in my office via call. Mr.Karthick & Aravindhan were so helpful & following up regularly till I get my car in to my door step. Thank you soo much and Keep rocking :) :)

Not worth for single star. GoMechanic stop communication between Car service engineer to car owner. So all communication come from Gomechanic staff. you don't know what actually problem your car. All blind. Name of OEM spare, charge huge amount for customer cheat you nicely GoMechanic never own any service center, actually they agreement with few car service center. they never repair any fault spare ask you to change new spar name of OEM. you wont get OEM bill. directly cheat you they put their own bill its kind of Car service Mafia.. About GoMechanic staff - never communicate you on time your bill will increase slowly. when raise any question they will delay your car service wont deliver on time. I had a conversation with Garage owner , he told me about GoMechanic true face. he asked me to come directly for next service a when you go via GoMechanic your bill will be double the amount GoMechanic is only worth for Paint and Battery change NEVER EVER GO WITH CUSTOME SERVICE YOU NEED TO PAY IN LAKHS

They don't tell all the terms and conditions over the phone call. The statement of customer service executive and mechanical service executive will be different. I didn't get service as the time schedule. They didn't report at all. Also they collect 100 INR during orders which is unnecessary. This is similar to Gobumpr

My experience was smooth, I booked the car for servicing thru their centralized customer service in Delhi. The car was picked up from my residence and they sent me regular snaps of all the replacements. They did not make me replace parts unnecessarily which a lot of service centers these days do. They delivered the car back to me on time. There is a 10% discount on the overall bill and their site clearly mentions all the service details and the charges so it is transparent to the customer. Overall it was a very good experience thru gomechanic.
