There are 2 things I would like to mention. This place is good for men and not for women. When I called and book an appointment they said only 3k for hair smoothening. Hence I booked a cab and went. once I reached they said it will be extra 500 rs and I'm not ready to pay as they didn't tell me the charges before. We all know firsr hair wash is free after smoothening done but they said 450rs charges. Though I reminded her it's free but she insisted to pay 450rs for just hair wash which is not fair. The second thing is anybody from reception or from main door can see through ladies service area coz there is no door, it's just a curtain and it's always open. The staff didn't tell a man to wait in the reception who came along with a girl for other service. Till the girl complete her service he was with her in the women's service place which is unprofessional. Apart from that the staffs are very friendly.

I have always liked this salon, my go to place since the time I have come to Chennai. The place is clean and the staff is courteous and they know their business, what else do u want. Only suggestion, call before you go.

Good in class service. I tried this Salon as it is close to my office but the service was really good. Got a proper explanation with special offer given by owners of the salon . Best Team, professional, friendly and courteous staffs. Their customer care and work is really satisfactory. Thank you and keep up the good work!!

Earlier it was really awesome with friendly and professional staff, but just before a day when I got my haircut done there, staffs are so arrogant with rough behavior even not satisfied with my haircut... With extra chargers on all little things.... Dnt suggest

Very POOR and SLOW service. On the name of facial, they just provide only face mask. I would not suggest this salon to anyone. Perungudi branch is much better.

Very pocket friendly place for regular parlor services. The staffs are good. Not a place if you are expecting very cozy services like mild music with aroma n super Ambiance. But it is sufficient for the regular parlor services as it provides the all services from facial to hair coloring. However, it's not a hair speciality place like other brands in the city.

As the name suggests, it's a good family salon for all the members of the family from kids to adults.....they have 4 separate small rooms for female's to ensure privacy and the service is good for the price you pay. Your suggestion are valued here.... Overall,It's a good place for regular monthly service
