Products are very expensive. Much much more than physical organic stores. Absolutely nothing was done, even after informing the owner. Quality of the coconut oil was like any other. Absolutely nothing better than others. You can make money out of a customer once, within your pricing. Definitely will never buy from them again

High quality and healthy products, reasonable price, safe packaging for online purchase, respectful dealings with customer be it through mail or over phone, delivery before date informed, daily updates till the product reaches the customer's hand, after delivering the product enquiring about the quality of products, etc are my personal experience with GRAMIUM. I never felt cheated. Still I continue purchase products from gramium. I say with my heart, THANKS.

Am very much disappointed by the mustard oil I bought from gramiyum. It has no properties of mustard oil. No pungent smell. And consistency also different from mustard oil consistency. Moreover it heats very fast like refined oils and even froths like refined oils. Paid 320 plus extra 100 RS shipping charge for this worst oil. Never every buy from them. It's almost refined oil. Not pure.

I have had good experience with Gramiyum and quite satisfied with their project until yesterday when their courier partner refused to leave the packet outside my flat instead kept insisting that I signed the acknowledgement and accepted the packet in person. This is one when I was talking to him from behind my flat door. This is extremely insensitive in particular when Gramiyum is propagating contact less delivery. I have been doing all my shopping online since COVID but not once a courier insisted on such conditions. Either Gramiyum remove their assurance of contactless delivery or they sort this problem with their courier partner.

Deepavali pre-order not delivered on time. Today is Nov 16th and still not delivered. When called, your response was so mechanical, non acceptable and unnecessarily rude as well. Because its edible items and we can't suffer because of spoiled items when delivered late. (We too understand the current pandemic /lockdown situations). Its your responsibility to resend with fresh items-whatever ordered, that too on time. If you can't you shouldn't have taken orders. But if you have taken orders for your business- including delivery, you are solely responsible for every stage of the process... aren't you? If the spoilt items are consumed by anybody just because of your absolute careless attitude and arrogance, and if anything goes wrong with the consumers.. imagine kids and elderly? ! You are not an eligible business team to exist through such a business system. Better quit and don't play with our health in the name of business! I can't post without even that single star, unfortunately!

i bought coconut centrifugal oil. but when oil is reached to me half oil was freezed and half was in liquid form...GRAMIUM IS MAKING FOOL. THE ITEMS THEY ARE SELLING ARE NOT PURE. I DON'T RECOMEND GRAMIUM TO ANY ONE.
