Worst company ever. People don't go to this company. They have recruited me and terminated on the the same month with no reason and i have worked 15 days of the month but they said they will be providing me the salary on 5th of every month. Even though i didn't get my half month salary. When i asked Rogini (HR), she refused to do it and she told me Edwin sir (Operation Head) told me to close my account. Vacancies in Guires are only for freelancers positions and after getting all their work done they cheated me without paying the salary.

I attended interview at Guires, and they had three rounds of interview and finally got selected and after negotiation of salary I joined. Since they had different openings and each position demand different skills. After joining, I see their customer satisfaction maintained at 95 to 99% and then I realized the reason for the expectations. This is not the writing firm rather research and development organisation which demands different skills and expectations. People opinion in terms of perceptions vary and therefore, their expectation. But I would rather say, this is really good for long term growth and they have space for every skill and talent.
