: I came across many negative reviews for hathway in mouthshut, but as far as my experience goes it's the best internet provider in Chennai. I reside in Anna Nagar and I've used almost 4 to 5 internet providers in two years. We are using hathway network for about 4 months now.

Please Please Please do not go Hathway Broadband service. Sales person will give wrong commitment with showing wrong pamphlet while get the new connection & later they will not pick the call. Even the Customer support wont help you here as you have to pay in Prepaid, your money wont be refunded. WORST SERVICE. Please go for ACT Fibernet

Pathetic service. Speed is too poor. Customer support is worst. Still you wish to buy their service. Ask for a demo at your place before paying them. Once you pay them you have to keep running behind and they won't care
