So much incompetency. No clear instructions. I had to go three times to just complete the blood work with pregnancy. I took GTT test for the first time. I gave blood in fasting, the girl said drink this glucose and come after 2 hours. When i went after 2 hours, she says you should have come after 1 hour then again 2nd hour. So i had to go the next day to repeat the test. This lab has tie up with Pankajam hospital, where they said they will send my blood to them for thyroid test. When i called to get the report, the blood was not sent. So i again i had to go to give blood only for this test, Hays said i should have given the blood in the hospital, Pankajam hospital people say i should have drawn blood in the hays and collected it and given it to the hospital. Both have incompetent staff and do not communicate anything properly or do they have proper communication between them. So much incompetent staff. Did not give me reports on time, i had to call them several times. Print out of the report was not taken. Bathroom doesn't have any water any time. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I wish i could give 0 stars.
