Good. Location, locality, access... Good. Function hall spacious enough. Guest rooms could do better with some refurbishing.

Average marriage Hall in Royapetta, decent spacing for marriage and other function. But looks old type of marriage Hall with decent dining hall. Ample space for car and bike parking. Maintenance need to improve a lot. Near to ADMK office, access to ttk road and Dr. Radhakrishanan salai. Name changed to SVR Mandapam alias hemamalani Mandapam.

Once a grand and lavish mahal, now become very congested, narrow mahal. Fit for only small functions. High traffic congestion
