Commitment is very important part of any business. I was shocked the way the ordered goods were delivered. After making full online payment I was assured delivery to my address in 2 days. But later it took 6 days of torture to find out what's really happening. The person who attend the phone call has no information and it's our luck if they decide to answer your call. After repeatedly calling I was told that the delivery will be made into godown and I am suppose to collect from there which is in city outskirts. The delivery tracking is inaccurate. The company and transporting firm dont have coordination and with lot of difficulty I finally got the ordered product. My only request is bectrsnsparent in your business. If you cant deliver in time tell it at the time of booking. Please keep some good PRO who speaks to your customer and make sure you deliver what you have promised but not what you feel like

Very very poor response from the HESH.... I have tried calling the service engineer of Chennai for slit lamp service, which I bought last year. But not giving proper response. Not even attend the call. Ridiculous response from the team.... Not even worth for single star....
