I had a few occasions to observe the working of this hospital closely. My sister's mother in law (93 years) was admitted here and was under treatment for a couple of days. During this period and post her demise that too at 11.30 pm, the ease with which we could bring the body home the cooperation of the staff was excellent. Now our two visits for the covishield vaccination were also smooth and the arrangements were very good considering there were some wheel chair persons for vaccination.

i have visited this hospital for 2nd dose for corono on 13/04/2021.The attendants and security staff are uneducated and not respectful.The in charge othe helpdesk was reguralry bringing in the people for vaccination and make nurses to give them vaccination at once and that too without registration. This gross unethical act need to be curbed. The hospital does not follow the baisc protocols for corono vaccination.proper wearing of mask is not ensured, social distance not maitained and sanitiser not made available.The arrangements are pathetic and acts as super spreader.

Came for covid vacination for my wife.. Highly unprofessional and unorganised. Waiting time more than 2 hours for aged people. Waiting area no proper ventilation during this summer. Covid Protocol not following. Government hospital are MUCH BETTER with excellent service,which I experienced in Chromepet GH.

The ultimate goal or motto for this hospital is only money especially for dental division. Even, if you paid you want to wait for the doctor and bear your pain until the doctor arrives(its the doctor advise). For root canal treatment the special doctor come on Tuesday and Thursday only. We need to pay the full amount during the first sitting itself and doctor won't come sometimes or available for limited appointments. For example, if you started your treatment on Thursday and for next sitting you are going by Tuesday incase doctor is not available at that time mean you must come on next Thursday only even if you are having unbearable pain as well. In case if you can't bear your pain and go to another hospital for treatment mean they won't return your money(partially too). They will swallow your hard earned money and won't give respect if you ask that money back. Both doctor and admin guys are very rude!!

I visited the hospital for Uroflowmetry test, I approached the help desk. They helped me to visit the doctor and get the signed letter to take uroflowmetry test. Then they asked to make payment and asked to wait in lobby and to have more water. Then I approached lab after 30 minutes and they tested and have report instantly. Neat clean and tidy environment. Small canteen available. Bike parking is bit tricky, not well managed.

Very very worst experience. Please don't come to this hospital.staff are very very rude. Money minded hospital. They not do their job properly. Doctors and nurses talking with patients very rude. Treatment very very poor. I don't like to give 1 star also... I give 0 star
