The point of me putting this google review is because none of the things you said above was fulfilled. As a patient I'm unsatisfied. And of course the incident I came in happened as an accident and as a professional you should be keeping it confidencial and not putting it on a google review. Any patient would expect this from a doctor.

They are First Come First Serve basis, not appointment basis. If you missed out timings they ask you to visit next day. But treatment is good.

Basically the doctor patients interaction was very bad and a bit rude. Did not diagnose properly. The fee is so high.

I was suspicious looking at the reviews, as most of them were just 'a week ago' and all were praising. But it's true, Dr.Saktheesh is highly knowledgeable, friendly and doesn't make us feel uncomfortable when we ask silly questions. Best ENT hospital around Pallavaram- Tambaram locality. There's also a lady Doctor, a pathologist, present here.

One of the best doctor we came across...my husband was bleeding mucus when we went diwali at Mumbai it was there around 13 days continuously we got scared we consulted doctor at Mumbai but we when we came back Chennai the symtopms are increasing we got scared and we visited hopkin ent clinic after reading all positive reviews keeping some hope ,doctor was very calm listened very carefully to us,and he given medicines (capsules and drops) he told my husband has Rhenitus allergy where immune system got dusturbed and his nose was itching ,...within 3 days my husband got completely cured ....we realy aprciate his work he is doing justice to his profession keep it up ...no unnesary medication no unnesary test and very reasonable cost ...
