I ordered some sodium persulphate way back in October of 2020. I have still not received it - it was shipped to another address. As of the time of writing this review, it is March 30 2021. They are unresponsive via mail and phone and have neither refunded me nor resent the item to me. Terrible experience overall. Edit: They have refunded me, so I'm going to increase the rating from 1 start to 3 stars

Unexpected

They just attend calls and ask details And tell us to come, and say NO.. For my frnd, who reached your company, company manager asks details and collected number, and said he will call in sometime..,after some hours... We called no response.. just ringing.. We are not begging u...you fools We are asking for supplies that we need, and we are gonna pay the cost of it.. Simply waste of time...
