Huge and easy to notice from main road. Sufficient parking facility. Huge seating area. Dining area is good and easy to reach. Clean to an extent. Reasonable. Location is a huge plus point. Hardly a km from the nearest metro station.

Built to commemorate ICF Silver jubilee, it was the main function hall for ICF events and ICF residents! once amongst the best places to hold an event, it was left uncared until recently when the hall was air conditioned! Work still needs to be done in the dining hall and toilets and a slight touch up of the entrance and parking lot will definitely make it one of the best spaces in the locality for events!!
