I know they are going to copy paste "We regret for inconvenience and we have taken feedback bla bla bla" which is of no use. But this ia for the benefit of the customers. I have been a loyal customer with ICICI since 2006 and all my transactions are with ICICI. I went there to change my NRO account to Resident. The Employee (Male) sitting at the Customer care desk had no clue about what I am asking. He called someone for all my questions. Then he said only DBM know if we can change your account to Resident and DBM is on leave for 15 days. I said I have money locked in my account and cant use it for 15 days that too not knowing what the DBM will say. He said, can you check at MKB nagar branch because I don't know the answer. He sent another customer to MKB nagar banch for the same reason. He wore an ID card that had his name completely erased. Then I said I cannot leave without knowing an answer. Then he said give me your number by evening I will find an answer and tell you. He didn't call me at all. This is the pathetic case of that Branch. Better open your account at a different branch or bank. I am moving to HDFC.

Very bad experience , BM very rude and impudent. Suggest never visit such a branch. Actually negative 10 stars is also less for this branch.
I need to pay icici credit card payment through other bank. The icici website often changes the feature. Today it doesn't have the regular feature and I am unable make payment on the last day of payment.
Worst experience, very rude talks.. disappointed... even they have permission to talk rude .. shame to be an icici customer
poor and worst service If you have to open a new account at least you should visit branch 10 to 15 times simply from phone no to account name they fill form wrong, are they educated?

Very good support for NRI customers and senior citizens (my mother holds an account as well) 2. Easily reachable through multiple mediums. 3. Extended support provided for clarifying queries.
