Kindly don’t give any false commitment to your own customers. Savings account opened with many false information by the bank staff themselves and the privilege banking is a complete joke. You do not get any kind of features that privilege banking supposed to offer. Spent two hours submitting a request to downgrade account. But not processed for nearly one and half months. Visited branch again but they had no clue of my past request. 2 hour of waiting and the procedure to be repeated again. Loosing confidence in banking here.
