Very poor service .. Minor (kids) account opened but still not activated and debit card also not reached. after many calls not able to reach ICICI bank executives they are saying busy not response.

Horrible bank . I went there to open a sb account. 10000 is the minimum balance , which is ok. But there are 100 hidden rules to hold an account. After payment of rs 10500 their staff visited home for their verification followed by a sad pity face to open an RD for 2500 rupees, trying to convince saying its their internal target. Since I disapproved they started Saying my account can be activated only if I open an RD. My anger and hatred grew for this attitude of milking money. Further they said its ok for not opening RD but I have to activate my payment method through icici for either lic or electricity or phone payment... Hidden rules went on and on. Neither my account opening is processed nor is the money back.
