DIY With SID

During this COVID times I was reluctant to do shopping offline to my surprise I was amazed with the level of hygiene they are maintaining at this store. Store Manager “Umadevi” was friendly, courteous & knowledgeable about the products too.

I don’t even want to give one star. We called for IFB washing machine service and technician came without wearing mask without gloves without hand sanitizer and no proper precautions. This is how ifb send their technician to customer place. Not even thinking about customer or technician. Simply money minded. Never seen such blood suckers soo far. Don’t buy this company products, from day 1 myself face many problems with their product and the way they handle customer ... simply high price but product utter waste and all their appliances also waste waste waste .... DONT BUY IFB & DONT SUFFER LIKE ME

Very poorly handled. Bought 8ltr front loading machine. They didn't inform about the filter, they charged 3500 during installation. They are worried only abt closing sales. They are keen in closing sales. Sad. We believe brand stores. But my experience is bad. When I called the they said cooly to complaint to customer. Care. Please take complete expense before buying. Products to is food.

It’s just a place to show case the equipment’s. only booking is done here. Delivery is done from some other places. It’s better to book online rather from the IFB points. You will get better offers online. You can visit to see the models and book the items online from PayTM or amazon. PayTM gives very attractive offering for IFB washing machines
