Worst customer service A good friend suggested me this retailer to purchase the matress. My review on the products is good. I don't have any issue with the products. My only concern is about the service. I ordered a king size matress from this retailer. But the second partner informed it as queen size. I thought the delivery is free, but the private delivery guy asked 620 as delivery charges (showing the app in his mobile phone). The retailer didn't informed about this to me. After receiving the bed I found it is on wrong size I informed the owner and he said his partner booked it as queen instead of king size. So he promised me that his employees will come to extend it as king size. But it's been three days both the owners are not picking my call or voice message. I suggest not to buy products with low customer service like them.
