I have ordered a product through phone and They also delivered the product on COD basis to my place. Product and service was good. Actually I bought entire bath and kitchen products from them in 2015 for my new house construction and all products are working fine until now. Price is also reasonable.

Actually I stay very far off from this shop. But while searching in the Google for my requirements I saw this company INDIAN BRASS MART and visited them. Really I cannot find words to express my happiness. They take care of the customer's need so well and suggest the best for them. I couldn't see any sale talk in that. They really try to help us and choose whatever is the best for us rather than leaving it to our choice and probably ending up choosing the wrong one. I feel everyone who is constructing a house SHOULD visit this place once at least. One Mr JOHN attended to my needs and was very helpful. Also I would be failing on my duty if I do not mention MR. MUSTAFA who was equally helpful. I'm really happy that I visited the best place...

i must say amazing service they gave through phone response i have not met the person personally through google reviews i made a call and placed an order at night around 7.30pm and they delivered the product by next day before 12 pm and payment also they recommended cash on delivery so that you can check if there's no damage in the ceramic product. kudos for their service
