Don't we get excited when we hear about something is restricted. That same vibe is making me to give five stars for this building. But this is not like the highly classified and restricted defence areas. It is easily accessible by the public. Moreover it is the quarters of Indian Coastal Guards. It scans and eliminates any extremities. Also it is helpful in navigation\u200b and customs duty for Chennai Port

CGRHQ(East) is a defence area, well secured. Prohibited to enter unauthorised civilian. Very good maintained area.

INDIAN COAST GUARD HEADQUARTERS AS NAMED. WELL SECURED AREA. SITUATED AT THE ONE END OF MARINA BEACH CHENNAI. HAVING GREAT VIEW OF MARINA BEACH FROM THIS POINT. ITS NOT A TOURIST ATTRACTION. AREA IS WELL MAINTAINED , NEAT AND CLEAN BUT IT STINKS DUE TO A WATER BODY WHICH MERGES IN SEA IN CLOSE VICINITY.

very peaceful environment to work here. Its sea view look and very near to Marina Beach. Madras university is also located near Marina Beach. All these places are very beautiful.
