I went there last week as I was renovating my bathroom. I explained that it’s an immediate requirement and needed a quote asap for the same. The salesperson, Mr. Vinod showed us all the available options and helped us finalize a few options for which he said he would send a quote by the next morning. We waited for 2 days for a quote and then I called the store. He sent the quote after that. I checked the quote and found components missing. I have been trying to contact him for the last 5 days. Every time I call indulge they say he is unavailable and he will call me back. I called every single day for the last 5 days. He still doesn’t have the courtesy to call / email me back. This is despite knowing that I am a sure shot buyer. With this sort of customer service even during a sale, I really doubt they will even bother picking up my calls when I have any issues. A paying customer who has an immediate requirement is literally made to wait for a week. Mr. Vinod, please don’t ever call me back. I will be telling my friends about this terrible service as well.
