Purchased a Suzuki Access 125 from here. So far so good. Delivery was on date as promised. Went for multiple services, no much complaints to mention. Only thing is please do pickup the phones as people who stay far away needs to confirm on phone before coming. That is something they need to do better. Vehicle Service is also proper but can be bit crowded sometimes. Their main USP is good sales people who will respond fast and good service team, but waiting time needs to be reduced a bit

BEST SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED BEFORE CONFIRMING OR PAYMENT DONE. AFTER FULL PAYMENT WAS DONE YOU WILL SEE DIFFERENT SERVICE. THEY WONT CARE FOR CUSTOMER . VERY WORST . ONE OF THEIR STAFF EXPLAINED INITIALLY HE TOLD HE ITSELF EXPLAIN AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. BUT AFTER PAYMENT DONE DIFFERENT PERSON ASK TO DELIVERY HE WAS TOO LAZY TO EXPLAIN.

Serviced Access 125 few days ago. They said that the problem was with the rear wheel hub and asked to come twice. Even though service was twice, the problem was not resolved still. The hub is producing is more heat as much as the silencer. They are charging something under 'OTHERS'. It doesn't matter if the problem gets resolved. Hoping they change this and provide better service in future.

Till ur vehicle is running smoothly... Just to do an oil change.. this place is ok. But if j have some problem with ur vehicle. They don't bother to listen to wat you say. Always in a hurry... They ll give a call asking for feedback. There comes the funny part... Feedback cal wat ever u say. They ll say. We ll get back or they ll ask u to bring ur vehicle back again. Then what did u guys do when I gave for service.. millon dollar question.. asking me to come once again. I think these guys think we are jobless to keep coming time ang again to the place and return with no solution to the problem. so going there again after the feedback call is also useless..bottom line... Just get ur free service done and move on. No other go.

Not organized setup seems. Wanted to buy a bike. Finally decided not to. Would not recomend as well. There are Many Suzuki show room in and around. No car parking facility. Located on the GST road Pallavaram. Very dusty location.
