This was for my 3rd service but first time to RKM. The service was really great and the service staff was very friendly and supportive and was addressing all my queries. I have installed my side stand indicator also here which is very useful.. they have promised a solution for the ground clearance too... Which I need to wait for a couple of months as it's still in testing. Hopefully they will reach me once the test is successful.

My experience with the rajkamal jawa service was a great one. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. It’s my first service here and have to say they did a very good job. I have to mention Guna, he understood the pain points and got them addressed. I would recommend this service centre for the Jawa bikes. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
The service staff r knowledgeable and very frndly.they r always clarify the doubts abt jawa...compare to RE service the service staffs r good .Am waiting fr my jawa perak service..
Very very worst service centre . service advisor all are rude member (pullingo). They will not change engine oil but mention in bill engine oil changed. worst behaviour for all the service teams.
I have got my bike delivered from some other showroom, I still feel guilt about that after started visiting RKM,Nandanam. Their service is standardised and the technicians are polite and knowledgable. Even they helped me servicing my bike when I am out of the town. I must personally thank Gunalan(Technician) who helped me get this done. Even now they have helping me in getting delivered any spares whenever I ask, because my nearest showroom is in Madurai and will take 2 hours of travel.
