Money minded guy. Guys be careful, never go to this service centre. Poor response and pathetic service. When asked about the issue, his behaviour was very rude. He charges the the rate as per our etiquette and look. When informed that I m a banker, his behaviour was completely changed and called me Sir. I left the place immediately without had a single word . Moreover he spoke about his self pride and pleasure. A very good example of "Money comes first". For telling the exact issue in my laptop, he asked me to pay 400 Rs. He thought that I came from a small village or somewhere else.

New review :- After 2mnths there is a problem in my lap that sudden off while using the lap in battery, in these 2mnths i have switched on the lap for 4-5times only and I have found that he missed to fix My laptop's touch pad cable but he says touch pad was not working. I have returned to fix it but he refuses to make it by telling laptop boards are in weak condition. Old review :--My govt. Hasee laptop's power button got broken from mother board for that he charged 1000 and os installed for 500 but he misses to do installing drivers for the OS.

My Laptop screen wasn't working. At first I took it to Pearl system in Mogappair and he quoted minimum 6500rs and told that we have to change the screen without properly finding the root cause. I wanted to check another place before giving the laptop and searched in google and JR laptop service centre came up. I gave the laptop to JR centre and he found the exact root cause and charged 1500rs. Great job. Completely satisfied and reliable place.

Hi.. I was incorrectly rated as 1 star at the beginning.. Sorry for that.. Really Good response but I was upset when a service guy left the shop without informing me locked the shop and gone, since he had personal work.. Service wise yep good response for my laptop keyboard issues and explained the issue gently..

He said laptop is now work fine after replaced wires Rs.500. Next day i visited to get laptop but laptop screen is not work fine. But i don't know why he didn't told that day itself laptop not working properly after i changed wire.

I gave my laptop for keyboard problem. He promptly responded with a crisp explanation. The service was done on time. He was very professional. Since i was not able to pick my laptop from the service centre, he sent his staff to my home to deliver the serviced laptop. I am very much satisfied with the service.
