In 2018, I went this KR dental (Velacherry branch, Chennai) to do implant on my 3 teeths. I paid full amount through bajaj finance. But only 2 teeths they did implant, for another one teeth they said now only we removed the teeth so we can't do right now will do after 3 months, but still now they didn't did. whenever I asked they said doctor is not there or once doctor gave appointment we will let you know like this answers but after 2 years also still now they said the same answer. So I asked to refund the remaining 1 teeth amount, they said they can't refund that and they will check the main doctor and let me know. Recently I called and asked the status, they said that old staffs are not there nobody know the details like that. I was fully disappointed for this kind of behaviour. I didn't get my amount back.

I have been asked to do root canal and cap fixing. Root canal was done by Male consultant with atmost care. But yesterday the shaping of teeth was done with very arrogant way by a female consultant. I got severe pain and bleeding all most throughout the procedure. And also the way the lady doctor treats us very lathargic. I have given 1 star only for the root canal. But other experiences like ambience, waiting time, reception attention, patience care are totally not worthable.
