The store experience was fine . Following up for an order inquiry for a small quantity was a task . Didn't pay much attention . Contacts of people given for the inquiry also didn't respond well once the small quantity was mentioned . Being a regular customer , I'm highly disappointed.

Very bad experience with this brand.. We have selected k6801 and the pattern was nice which we chosen at this showroom.. but what we received is totally different patterns.. with same k6801 new pattern came.. After checking with showroom l, found that the showroom tiles were older one back to 2 years it was pasted for showcase.. not it changed.. please ensure the pattern when u buying mostly on sand art styles. They didn't accept this then we had replaced it.. people don't response properly.

Have very bad experience with Kajaria floor tiles I would never suggest this brand for anyone in my lifetime .In the items I purchased 70 % of tiles were defective undulated, had curved edges ,non-standardized and not uniform. After we raised a complaint, the brand Technician came to verify the issue Despite of seeing faulty he was only convincing us saying these are all baked tiles we can’t expect all to be same. There is NO QC for these . the company do not have to exchange/refund policy. Technician was instructing the tiles laying labor to adjust and lay the tiles, paste all indulged tiles in the corner’s as it goes under the Sofa ,bed and etc.. which is senseless .there is no Solution for their mistake we just need to accept it or dispose it. NEVER BUY KAJARIA.
